Ambiance of the hotel is good. Shef Mr Ajit has served Jain food on demand. Thanks Ajit Mr Shivendra has given the excellent service on dinner table.

Food is the best here..... Rooms are good... Everything is clean and comfortable, smooth checkin... All the staff are super nice specially Shivendra from f&b took a good care of us. Highly recommended place in Lucknow Thank you for the lovely stay...😄👍👍👍

I have always had a wonderful experience in novotel lucknow. This time also amazed by the great service given by the staff Shivendra who was in a night shift. He is so approachable and polite with customers and i really wish him best. Impressed

Hospitality was amazing food was good I came in restaurant for birthday party and I very enjoyable seriously staff was very friendly and specially food was very tasty thanks to chef who made by food and personalize service Nasir Ankit Saurabh well done keep it up
